Terminal Velocity Links

This is the links page that we have set up. It covers a bunch of links that I've gathered over the years. I'll try and keep up with all the links, but if you come across one that is broken, just contact me at the bottom of the page and I'll get it resolved. I've placed a little note after each link to give you an idea of what the site has to offer.

Terminal Velocity Star Wars Links

Game Resources for the Star Wars D6 RPG - French site - Don't get all skittish. This isn't like the other French sites that I found that are only in French (what is with the French and D6 Star Wars?). The site is beyond excellent with the resources! The site has skimmed all of the forums and other D6 sites and pulled all the info into 1 place. Now, I'm the last person to talk shit on another site, but for the Deckplans Alliance to block information from being inserted into the Fanbook so that the topic of spaceships is incomplete. Well, I don't really consider them part of the Star Wars WEG community, no matter what they do on their site. You won't find their link here. This site tho... top notch! The only knock I can give it... opening up those fanbooks are a bitch!! Oh, 1 note on the fanbooks... GET THEM!! They are huge... BIGGER than the old WEG supplements, but it is a trick to download... altho... they rule!

The Astrogation Site - I have to tell you. When I first found this site, I was so excited! It had the whole galaxy laid out and even had an astrogation chart with difficulty codes to get around!! I started setting my campaign up based on the lay out of their universe... but then I was crushed. I was out looking for more astrogation charts and found map after map of the universe that didn't match this site's lay out. Then I found printed astrogation charts in a WEG book that are very different from the ones on this site. Now... don't get me wrong. I didn't just put the link here in order to bash the site. No, there is a lot of information on the site that is valuable. He summarizes just about every world that he mentions, and if that doesn't give you some adventure/ campaign ideas... well, you need to learn the value of a good site. This site is well worth the "Jump"!

Rebel Roleplayers Alliance - I have got to tell you, for a group of players that have thrown up everything they use on their website... they have gathered quite a bit over the years. They have a "database" that, while not complete, will get you going. If you go thru their NPCs, the only word that comes to mind is... bad asses!! I will use that description for the site also... check it out! A must for any D6'er!!

The Rebellion - I told you that the French site up above raided forums and other sites, but I'm not sure if he/ she hit here. I'll be the first to tell you that I haven't been able to compare everything, but the sheer amount of info on this site is very noteworthy. This site takes the D20 (come on... no booing) and converts it to our much superior D6 system. They haven't gone thru all of the books yet, but the books that have been commandiered are wonderfully done and fit perfectly into the system. (My players would not be happy with that assessment) Where WEG left off, this site will fill in some of the blanks and help you complete your setting... depending on what you're aiming to do... especially if you are looking to do clone wars.

The Rancor Pit - This site appears to be the center of the D6 community universe for some reason. While it does have a lot of useful resources, including Dice Roller, a Planet Generator, and a vast list of names, it's links page is rather sad. Many of the quality sites that link to the Pit, don't have the link back from them. Instead, this site has links to many generic gaming sites (not unlike my own), that barely mention WEG on them, and there are a couple links that are totally worthless. In summary, if you want to use the Pit's resources... click the link. If you want to find links to other sites, you aren't going to find them at the Pit!!

D6 Universe - Ok... I'll admit it. Me finding this site was an "oops". I did a search and then I did a filter and there it was. It looked interesting... I mean "D6 Universe"... how am I not supposed to take a peek?! I started out a little nervous, afterall, it is one huge blog, but as I scanned down it, all I could come up with was 3 words... OH...MY...GOD!!! I barely went back 7 entries and I found stats on a Predator, an Alien, and a couple new Force powers. Yes... Alien...as in 2 mouth, acid blood, tail whipping killing machine... that Alien. Scanning further down I found the links that he has gathered up. OMG!! I haven't checked them for broken links, but it is a massive list! It is so long that I feel that continuing to put D6 links in here is futile. If you want to find ANY site that has to do with our favorite D6 system, click the link above and enjoy!!!

The Star Wars Collector's Bible - I know that I said that the site above should be enuff, but when you find really good sites... you just HAVE to share them!! Now the site above doesn't really have actual gaming material, but if you want to compare your collection with EVERYTHING that has EVER been released for our game, here it is. Pull out a hi-liter and start marking off everything you have. How much white do you have left over?

The Completely Unofficial Star Wars Encyclopedia - I can only start this by saying... Bob, you are THE MAN!! This site has a database, in multiple forms (depending on your level of computer skill), that contains just about EVERYTHING that has to do with the Star Wars universe. I'm using this database as my major source of reference in building the 3D Star Wars Universe. I'm sure that I'll have to go to other sources for the tweaking, but Bob's work is going to help me with my project. If you need ANY info about the Star Wars universe, it should be in here... with footnotes on where to find the original material!! Trust me... WELL worth the visit and the download. I'd put his database up in my resources, but it is easier to go to his site and get the most recent edition.

Terminal Velocity DnD Links

DnD Adventures - This is the all encompassing site. It has more things than you can shake a stick at. It is HIGHLY recommended!! NOTE: Last checking, it has gone off the air. I'll check again before removing.

Planet AD&D - This site has a bunch of resources, mostly small online programs for DM's and a few things for players, including a quiz called "What character are you?". It is a cute little quiz that gets you pretty close to the character that you either are or the one you are looking to create. Have fun with this site.

RPG Gateway - The name is pretty self explanatory. This site is basically a site full of links. It will get you where you want to go. There are a lot of sites that it will link you to that you can purchase different things at. A nice little resource if you need a good list of places that you might find interesting.

RPG Host - This is the first site that I ever went to for DnD resources and I still go there for the occasional archived file or campaign/ adventure ideas. This site has it all from forums to archived files to a online store to buy supplies. What more can you ask for?!

Map Mage- I know... what the hell is that? It's a little site that I found that generates different thing for you, depending on your needs. Now this isn't one program that has the different functions. It is a bunch of stand alone modules that each have a specific function. Seeing how I am ALWAYS on the look out for map generators, I thought I would share this with you. I'm still testing them out, it appears that they are mostly text based, with maps that can be exported to Profantasy's CC2. I'm not sure that they are worth the cash that they are asking for, especially the CityMage. For towns and villages, it is definitely worth it, but when you get to cities, they are still spread out like a farming village. It is nice that all of the generators will populate whatever it is that you are creating. Saves you a good step, and if you have an NPC generator, makes setting things up a cake walk!! Swing by and pick up a demo, the good features easily outweight the bad.

OAD&D, D&D, LA and much more ORIGINAL material!
This is a special from Ryle. He hasn't told me much about it, but if he's given me the link to put on the site (even if the address that he gave me was wrong... ORG, bro, not COM... heh heh), it HAS to be an excellent site. If I've learned anything about my brother, he only deals in HIGH quality! Check it out... I have a feeling that you won't be sorry!

Yes, I know this used to be the "Spycraft" section, but the few links that I had all broke or are worthless, so why bother having a section to a game that we don't even play anymore. As you can see, I've switched it over to a much better game system with much more dedicated sites. Isn't it funny how it is the older games that have the sites dedicated to it that stay up forever? Here are my top sites that I love and use!!

Spies-R-Us - Doesn't sound like a movie title? Oops... it's close to it!! :) Hey, don't let that take away from this excellent site!! If you are new to Top Secret and have never played before, you can very easily learn everything that you need to know to start playing. No... I am not kidding... they have all the rules that you would need to run the game for your players right on the site and even has player sheets and a GM screen!! Do I need to click the link for you? Go on... get out of here!

The Spook - How do I describe this site? In truth it is geared more towards those players that run with the original Top Secret (yuck), but TS does make everyone welcome and does his best to help out even us lowly TSSI gamers. lol The best part of the site is the Forum. Ok... hold on... don't come back all ticked off because there aren't 5000 posts on the site. The thing is that the people that come to this site are hard core and you will always find what you're looking for if they can help out, both on and out of the forum. TS only has a few downloads, but you aren't going to find them anywhere else, and if you don't go to the site for anything else... you HAVE to go there to check those out!!

Modus Operandi- in my opinion, this used to be the best site for any material concerning ANY of the Spy RPGs, From James Bond 007 to Top Secret to Spycraft. Now it has become specialized towards certain games... some of which doesn't have anything to do with the spy genre (when exactly is there espionage in Stargate?). There hasn't been a change in the Top Secret area since it was first loaded in there back in 2007, and it is that current only because they had to reload all of their files. Am I a little jaded towards the site? No... no jaded, just disappointed. They have strayed from their primary objective. I know, why do I have the link still? They do have some resources that are very useful, so I that is why their link is still here. Oh, and just a little note. If you go to this "center of the spy RPG world" looking for leads to other sites, you won't find them anymore because they took their links page off. Nice, huh?

Sanguinus Curae - The first Vampire site that I ever came across and I continue to go back. It appears that it hasn't been updated in quite some time, but still contains a ton of useful information.

White Wolf homepage- This is pretty much a no-brainer, homepage of the vampire universe...at least the old one. I have no clue why I even bother putting this on here...

World of Darkness homepage- It is the homepage of the WoD, the new edition, plus it has other materials on the site. If you have Vampire: the Requiem, this is the site to keep an eye out for the new books and current character sheets. Same as above, they have no need for a little link on my page to get traffic. It's here simply to make your life easier!

Vampire- Not a real original title, but the site is so complete with information, you should be diablerized for not checking it out at least once! I just want to know what is up with these French sites? They are making me look bad by putting so many in my links!

Assamites' Homepage - If you are a member of the clan of silent death, you have just come across your Mecca.

The Tremere Virtual Chantry- Now this is what I call a chantry!! If you are a practitioner of the blood arts, this place is your online resource. Visit and learn your craft!

Nocturne for the World of Darkness- this is pretty much a homepage for anyone who plays or is thinking of playing either a Setite or a Toreador.

The Dark Tools- Ok, I got rid of the old "Beware" site and found a site that any and all of you night creepers need to go to. Why? Well, it is called Dark TOOLS, and it has a tool that you need to have!! Oh my, do you want to talk all encompassing! Ok, I will admit that I haven't installed the program (I haven't played Vamp in a while), but the screenshot and the list of books that it references is amazing. If it works the way I think it does, you are an idiot if you don't go to this site just for the Tool!!

Looks like Mal has a few links to share with his devoted HammerHeads... yes, I know you guys aren't called that. He didn't give me a whole lot of verbiage on them, so I am guessing that they are solid, need-to-go sites.

Fantasy Flight Games- This is the site of the current publisher, but I'm guessing that you knew that already. lol

Altdorf Correspondent

- Mal obviously thinks that this blog is worth your time. It is a GM running a campaign entirely in Altdorf, the capital of the Empire. Plenty of game ideas and posts of interest to Warhammer fans.

Next we have a Triumvirate (his word, not mine) of Warhammer fan sites. I'll list them straight down. I went to 2 of the 3 looking for the above logo... they had everything but... it's ok...I can make anything!!
Stike to Stun
Warpstone
Liber Fanatica

Mad Irishman Productions- Truthfully, I'm kinda surprised that I don't already have these guys in here. Besides putting out an awesome Warhammer sheet, they also have a ton of sheets for other games. It's worth it to drop by just to see if they have one for your favorite game!!
